It is an accurate definition of what is controlled (and how). We don’t control anything, it’s simply a system that does something. You can’t even control it. You can’t control everything.
When we think of controlled business, we’re often thinking about products, people, or services. But there is a great deal of confusion about what this actually means. In the past, it has been used to refer to an administrative system of a business, a business where there are rules and procedures to follow, but there is no one in business to make sure that this system works properly.
In the case of Controlled Business, we’d like to think of a system that can be set up and run with a certain set of rules and procedures. While it may be difficult to do this without the support of a business, many of the benefits of having a business come from the support of the employees and their passion for the product, or service, or idea.
Controlled business can be any business where there is no one who is in charge of setting the rules or enforcing the procedures. It can be a business where employees are not only the ones who are in charge of running the business, but it can also mean that the business itself is run by the employees and the employees can set any rules and procedures that they like. This is particularly true of businesses where there are no rules at all, or where the rules are very loose.
I’m not a big fan of the term “control”, but the way it’s used today is, it’s not true what you do, it’s not true what you do when you’re not in charge. It’s not true what you do when you’re in charge, it’s not true what you do when you’re not in charge, or where you might be in charge, or where you might be running the business.
I think what it boils down to is that a business is controlled when the “entire business” is under the direct control of a single individual. But many businesses are controlled by a number of people, and so a business is not controlled by one person.

The concept of a corporation is one of those weird things that has never, ever been around in our society. Its a company that owns and runs another company. If you work for a company that owns a company, you cannot get any of the decisions that affect those companies, that affect you, made by the CEO. Even if you work for the CEO, you can still have no control over corporate decisions.
That sounds a lot like the concept of “controlled opposition” to me.
