I think this is the perfect springtime exercise to get more done. This is the most common exercise for me. I’m not even sure if I can really do a fitness workout this spring. I guess it depends on what I can do to get my butt in better shape. I think it’s more natural for me to get done.

I have been doing all of the dumbbells I could get from a couple of different gym equipment and they weren’t really dumbbells. In my case, I was really just trying to get some dumbbells out of my body, but I think they were not really dumbbells at all.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that the most effective physical exercise is one that you do and then you’re done. If you’re not doing it and you’re not doing it frequently enough, then it’s not going to be effective. So what I’ve been doing is doing the dumbbells and the treadmill or the walk ups and the push ups, and then after a couple of days, I’m just doing the cardio.

It does require more energy than most other cardio workouts, but I always feel like Ive got a lot more energy afterward. Ive also seen some people suggest it be followed by a weight training session, but I always see people with gym memberships that want to do that on their own.

The best part is you can do it anywhere. There are no specific equipment needed, and the program is customizable by you. In fact, you can do a lot of the cardio on your own. After it ends, you can either take a nice long walk, or you can follow your heart rate on a monitor and get in a few sprints. And because it is a cardio workout, you can also do some strength training if you so choose.
