I’ll be honest with you. I did not know I was so bad until I stumbled upon my current fitness routine. I’ve struggled with my fitness goals for a long time. If your current activity is very bad for you, you can actually use it as motivation. Think about it, you are now going to do exercise even though you know its a waste of time.
