This podcast episode is sponsored by the popular science fiction and fantasy book series, The Hunger Games. The show takes a look at what we can learn from the social media and the movies to better understand the marketing tactics of the Hunger Games. This is a podcast episode about the marketing of the Hunger Games…

The Hunger Games is about what the government does to the world around us. As the world changes, the government goes to war to protect the world. The government is the only way to prevent a war from being fought out in the real world.

Before the government starts to fight, they’re often fighting to preserve a social norm. “I’m not supposed to say that.” is a social norm. People are not supposed to walk down the street with guns pointed at them. As society changes, the government is going to change to keep people from changing.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say that one of the most important things the government does is protect what makes us human. Before the time of the Old West, humans were a bunch of selfish, greedy bastards. In the Old West, we were all in it together. By the time of the Old West, all of our social norms were being violated. As society changes, the government is going to go to war to keep people from changing any more.

We all know what it feels like when the government is going to go to war to keep people from changing. We all know what it feels like when the government is going to war to keep people from changing. We all know what it feels like when the government is going to war to keep people from changing.

Not much else to say. We just hope that the game is a lot of fun.

As it turns out, Arkane’s new time-looping stealth ’em up is a lot of fun. As the studio’s marketing team put it, we’re going to be “the first game ever to include a time loop.” The game’s new narrative gives us a lot of time to explore some of the new characters, and to see the setting from the perspective of the new characters.

It’s nice to know that we’re still going to be able to explore time-loops and have some fun with them. I’m not sure about you guys, but I don’t think I’d be all that interested in taking on some game about being stuck in a time loop. I’d much rather be playing a game like “Tiny Tina” or “The Witness,” where you can do a lot of cool stuff with guns while the game is in a time loop.

I tend to think that with the new setting, and the characters, we’ll be able to explore it in ways we haven’t been able to before. As a game, Deathloop seems to have the same sort of charm as a good science fiction story, and the time-loops should make it a great time to explore some of those things.

It’s been a while since we played Tiny Tina, but we actually remember it being very much like this. I don’t think I’d ever heard of The Witness or any of its predecessors, but it’s not hard to imagine that one of the characters is a time-traveller. And if you read the game’s description of the setting, you can see where we see the time-loop.
