No, I think you can say retro fitness is more about fitness than health. It’s about being healthy. It’s not about the physical exercise so much as it is about the health of your body. So I guess I am a bit of a fitness nut when it comes to retro fitness, as I try to always keep it fresh and healthy. I am a big fan of CrossFit as well, so you can guess I like to go to CrossFit competitions where the workouts are a bit more intense and I do really well in the workouts, but I feel that with all of the gym stuff, I am still just an avid CrossFit member.
That’s a very fair point. You can’t get much harder, you can’t get any fitter, you can’t get any healthier, and in the case of CrossFit you can’t get any better than you are now.
So when I first heard about CrossFit I was a bit skeptical. I had never seen a CrossFit workout video before and I had a hard time visualizing what it was supposed to look like. To be honest, I thought it was just a bunch of people hitting the punching bag until I saw the video. I was very impressed with the way the workouts looked and I think that is a very important thing to look for in a CrossFit workout.
CrossFit is about being in shape, period. You won’t see anyone in T-shirts or with big muscles, but you’ll see people with a healthy body and a big chest. It’s about being able to lift heavy weights, push your body to its limits, and work out your abs. It’s about getting stronger, so you don’t have to worry about weight training all day. CrossFit workouts are incredibly easy to follow, and that’s a huge advantage in my book.

I don’t know about you guys, but I do love a good workout. With that being said, I like my workouts to be a little more… intense. So after taking a quick break to rest up a bit, I did my favorite cardio workout, using the CrossFitter app. The app is basically a CrossFit workout journal. For me, CrossFit is about taking some of the fun stuff — the weightlifting, the cardio, etc.
Yeah, I know what CrossFit is about. It’s pretty exciting as it is. I remember when I was a kid, I played CrossFit on my Nintendo DS and that was the first time I played it on a regular basis. It was fun to do and I think it really helped me get through the weight-lifting. That’s all I’m saying. When I had a really bad summer, I’d try to do more cardio again, but the cardio was still too intense.
