I’m not the only one who thinks the best way to workout is to eat your favorite healthy meal. I have a friend whose weight is 10% heavier than the rest of us, and who I’m pretty sure she was eating at a very healthy weight range. I’d be happy to eat her on a regular basis. She had a very healthy weight. She didn’t have to eat her favorite meal, she just had her favorite food.
