Our first sponsored event of 2018 was a paragon fitness class and fundraising dinner. We are already seeing great results from the workouts and the group of athletes who participated. We are also seeing great improvements in the quality of our lives from the overall positive effect the workouts have had.

This post will be about the changes we were making last year, but we did take a few screenshots. They showed that we just got back from retirement and had a few other changes to make. It’s easy to put things in perspective. With some of the changes in 2018, we also had a few more exciting things to do.
One of the great things about working at Paragon Fitness is the ability to “not work.” Working has been the most important part of our lives in the past. But things really started to change in August of 2017 when we retired. After a few weeks of not having to work or pay rent again, we felt that we deserved a break. We decided that we would get out of our apartment building and do some things we had never done before.
We decided to go to the park. We went back to our apartment building and found our new place. After three weeks of being gone, we felt that we deserved to come home again.
Here’s why we did that: The house was beautiful, it was clean, and everything was clean. There were lots of birds, including some really cute birds. We decided to take a nap. After some time, we decided to go to the park. We went to get some ice cream. We did an ice cream sandwich. The birds in the park are pretty awesome. We took a few nap calls. The ice cream sandwich was pretty impressive.
The best part about being home again is the fact that our house was cleaner than it ever was. There’s a reason we didn’t do it before. There’s also a reason that it was just as good as it’s ever been.
The reason we didnt go to the park is because it was too warm and we didn’t want to put our dirty work clothes in the wash. The reason we took a nap was because we were tired and we didn’t want to mess up our nice new bed. The reason we took a nap was because we were tired and we didn’t want to mess up our nice new bed. The reason we took out the Visionaries was because we wanted to take out the Visionaries.
We took out the Visionaries. But before we did, we had to take out Colt Vahn and the Visionaries. It was the best thing that could have happened.
I got a nice little message from another of my friends that we were going to be having a hard time finding a place to stay until they had a nice place for the kids to play. We were not a bad idea.
