There are four main times of the day that you will have to train your brain. These times are 1. 10pm to 2am, 2. 2am to 5am, 3. 5am to 7am, and 4. 7am to 10am. To train your brain to perform at its best, you need to get your brain into a state of calm, relaxed, and alert. The first two are easier to do than the last two.

The problem with being a perfectionist is that you’re always doing something less than perfect. You try to be everywhere at once, and that doesn’t always work out well. So, instead of taking on all those things and being perfectly focused, you need to focus on the things that really matter to you. Your brain always needs to be alert and calm.

As you can see, just be yourself. It doesn’t matter what your motivation is. To be a perfect human being, you need to be creative. You need to be able to change your mind.

Its not a good idea to become obsessed with perfection, because that can create a mental prison that makes you more likely to fall victim to self-destructive behavior. It can also keep you stuck and cause you to miss things. It can also make you worse at doing things that you love. I remember one time I was doing some exercises at the gym and suddenly someone yelled out my name.

If you want to be a better version of yourself, you need to give yourself permission to make mistakes. You need to not be perfect and see yourself as imperfect in some way. The more you strive to do better, the more you’ll be tempted to do less. The more you make yourself miserable, the more you’ll want to do less.

In a way, that’s really what has happened to me lately. I’ve been having a really hard time lately, and I’m sure there’s a number of other people out there who have too. While I have made myself miserable in the past, I’ve also made myself worse at things I love. I want to be a better, stronger version of myself, and I’ve really been pushing myself too hard lately.

I often make myself very uncomfortable in the gym. I really hate lifting weights, and the more I do it, the more I feel like I have to fight against myself. I hate the mental aspect of it, and the pain I feel when I finally stop and realize that I have pushed myself to the point of no return. I get to the point where I feel like I cant even do the exercises I would like to do.

I’m not trying to tell you that you should just give up on yourself for a month and just give up on the whole thing. You should just do something small and sustainable. No one is going to be happy if you do everything you can to lose weight.

You should know that this is not really about you. We’re not really here to help you with the struggles that you are going through, you are doing fine. It’s not that you shouldn’t do it, but you should do it in an intelligent, effective way. You should not try to fight your way through it by putting your mental health on the backburner.

That’s what I meant above. How do you get your self-talk to be more productive? I think it’s one of those things you have to do with good training. You can’t just read a book and go, “Oh, that’s great. I really like that book.” If you read a book and it doesn’t make you think a lot differently, I don’t think you will be very successful.
