As a small business owner, I have to be on top of the latest technology to stay competitive. This is especially true for online businesses. The constant access to information and the ability to access it through the online platform are essential components of the business.
When it comes to business technology, it’s been proven that more employees, more technology and less time spent at the office is a good thing. Business tech is also the thing that makes us most vulnerable. If the company is unable to adequately handle the demands of the technology, it’ll suffer a decline in market share and bottom line.
A few years ago I was looking for a new business to explore for a new digital identity in San Francisco, and I was unable to find any. With the launch of I Am a Smart, I Am a Smart and so forth I couldn’t find one. If you’re looking for a new identity, this is your choice.
This is a common problem for businesses, as I am sure you know. If a business is unable to adequately handle the demands of technology, it may suffer a decline in market share and bottom line. The problem is that the technology doesn’t always follow the business’s own needs. The problem is that businesses need to deal with the technology, but they don’t have control over the technology. Often times the technology that a business needs to handle isn’t the tech that the business wants.
Thats why when I make my business decisions, I try to consider the needs and desires of my customers first, and then find the tech that I need to handle those needs and desires.

This is all very true. But that doesn’t mean that business should just throw their clients in a box and don’t bother with them. If your business needs to know the needs and desires of your customers, then what you do to satisfy them should be just as important as what you do to satisfy the customers.
