I think this is the best question anyone has ever asked me.

I don’t think we need to be worrying about that sort of thing when we have a whole variety of body types with different fitness factors. A man who is fit will most likely have a much better chance of staying healthy compared to a woman who doesn’t have much fat. A person who is overweight is a poor choice of body-shape as they have an increased risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and arthritis.

It’s not the weight, it’s the health, but it’s also the individual’s health. I’ve noticed that people who are healthy tend to have less health problems than those who are overweight. I’ve also seen people who are overweight and unhealthy tend to have more health problems than those who are healthy. It’s not just the health, it’s the individual’s health.

If you don’t exercise, your body cannot properly repair itself and can easily break down over time. So unless you’re doing something seriously to improve your health you may not be able to afford to keep up with your current fitness levels. It’s a fact.
