I’ve always been a fitness buff. I’m an athlete and I’ve spent a lot of time in the gym working out. Recently, I started paying attention to how my diet and fitness habits are changing.

Ive been toying around with the idea of looking into an “evolutionary” approach to fitness. This basically involves looking into the diet and fitness habits of our ancestors, the hunter-gatherers. This is a pretty easy way to start because people can pretty much remember what they ate and what they did to get their workout in.

As someone who’s been toying with this idea, I’m a fairly strong proponent of looking at our past to learn about healthy eating habits. I can’t tell you how many times while I was working out, I would take out my phone and search for things to eat and how to get the most out of them.
