It’s like with sex, when you first try to have sex you have to put yourself in a risk situation and see if you are able to get it. If you cant, you have to stop. I wouldnt recommend trying to have sex when you are sick. I think it would be just as good for you as eating.

The danger is that you are not in control. You see, if you are sick, your body has no control over it. You can’t move your arm, you can’t move your leg, and you can’t do anything about it. The problem is, when you are sick, you are not able to remember what you ate. You can’t remember that you were thirsty, or that you were hungry. Your body doesnt have your knowledge of what you ate.
