We are trying hard to lose weight, but we dont want to stop. This is the same problem with exercise, if youre good at it youll be able to do it for a long time. If you dont like it then it will eventually stop working for you.
Weight loss is not about being able to do it forever. It’s about the process. You need to eat a lot of food and exercise a lot. But if you do this long enough, eventually you will get the hang of it. That’s why it is so hard to stick to a plan, and why it is so hard to follow it.
