There are many reasons why you should stick with something you have already invested in. For instance, if youre a gym member and youve already invested your time in it, then you can be more likely to stick with it, even if youre not very motivated by it.

But if youve started something new, you might not be so inclined. Many people get into something they are passionate about only because they have no other choice. Thats why when youre a newbie youre probably not necessarily as motivated to stick with it as you would be if you had committed to it for the first time.

Some people are more prone to this problem than others, but many newbie gym members are not necessarily as motivated to stick with it as they might be if they had committed. Some newbies just don’t want to stick with it at all.
