I was introduced to blink fitness by my buddy, Kip, who is also a certified personal trainer, and he is one of the best around. I have been taking up blink for the past few months and I am definitely enjoying it. I love it! I’ve been watching the training videos for a while now and the new class was the best one yet. The instructor is so engaging, calm, and encouraging with every class. I feel like he’s motivating me to stick with it and to keep going. I have not been able to find a video on the website, so for now I’ll just have to keep watching them.
