I was recently on a fitness kick, and I decided to make a healthy, homemade, and quick dinner to go with it. I’ve been doing this for a few weeks now. I don’t have a meal plan, but I have a few recipes I like to make and it has been a fun way for me to feel good and make a little bit of food.
Ive been making my meals a lot lately with my new iMac, which lets me make my food in bulk, and Ive been enjoying it.
You dont really need to make a meal plan. You can always eat the same thing twice a day if you want. But if you do need to make a meal plan, try this one.

I think it is the best because if you want to not have to cook, you can just make it in an hour.
