I’m not exactly sure why my gym membership keeps me up at night anymore, but one of the perks is getting my free gym card for a month. I pay the $25 a month and that’s it.

Because if you’re in a gym and you don’t have a gym membership, you have to buy one for free. So if you’re in a gym with a membership, you have to buy a gym card for free.

Not only do you pay less, but you also get the added benefit of being able to get fit again. The gym is your new and improved fitness home. That’s it. So if you don’t get fit in a gym, you can’t get fit anywhere else.

If you are using the gym part of your fitness plan, I think there is a pretty good chance you are already doing more than just lifting weights. If you aren’t, you are losing fitness. If you are already doing more than lifting weights, you might be doing more than just exercising. In my opinion, it is important to add some type of activity or exercise to your everyday schedule.
