I have been doing my best to live a healthy lifestyle for a long time. I am not saying I have a ton of time to exercise but I have a lot of time to live. I am not sure what is going on with me but I am finding myself doing more and more than I used to. A few weeks ago I started incorporating more of my fitness activities into my life. This is something that I have been working on for a while now.
To do it, you need to first find something that you enjoy doing and want to keep doing. You then need to look at the whole picture. If you are going to be doing a ton of exercising, then the exercise will not be for you. This is because you are going to feel less and less satisfied. For me, my body is my playground. It seems to me that I am the only one in the world to exercise on a daily basis.
