I’m not into this kind of business that gives away money, but we do have to have a certain amount of trust and willingness to work with each other. I’m sure most of our clients like to have us handle the business side of things, but in our area, we are required to work with each other on a regular basis.
Somer’s County is a small town that was founded in the 1800s. It’s named for the region where its original settlers came from, but is now an urban area. It’s a very small town, but has about 20 businesses that offer a variety of services. One of these was a construction business that made several different types of construction materials.
The materials used to create the different types of construction materials included cement, wood, and metal. They also used tools like power tools, hand tools, and saws. We got to meet one of the owners, a man named Richard, a contractor with about 40 years of experience. He explained that he was able to find the contractor’s services through referrals from other contractors and businesses.
It’s interesting that some of the contractors had to find the contractors to do things like build a building or build a shop. I’ve never seen a builder doing that with anything like this.
Another interesting thing about the contractors is that they are all male, so I bet many women in the business were also in the business. In addition to the services they provide, Richard also said that we will be able to purchase tools and machinery through these contractors, which will allow us to build whatever we want, whether it be a machine shop or a factory.
Richard is one of the few people I’ve ever met who was not very enthusiastic about his job as an engineer. It doesn’t seem like he was willing to give the engineers a chance to improve on their work. How much of a chance did he give? Well, no one could come up with a better explanation. It’s pretty shocking how much of the people he looks up to are just as concerned about his job as he is about his personal life and career.

Maybe a few are just as happy to be in your life as you are in yours. Maybe four or five are just as happy to be in your life as you are in yours. It’s even more pronounced when you have an affinity for your personal life and career than you do for your business.
