We’ve been doing this for a while, and it is time to make it an important component of our daily life.

These days, in addition to walking more and doing more cardio and strength training, we’ve decided to get a little bit more into our fitness routine. We’ve tried to keep our calorie intake to a minimum, and most of our workouts go for around 20-30 minutes, often with the occasional 15-20 minute rest.
